Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Magnetic Puzzle Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Reaching out to us—we’ll do our best to help


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
