Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your puzzle! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • All original pieces must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened, assembled, or damaged items (unless defective) are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or assembled puzzles

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We’ll reply with return instructions.
